Ingredients

  • Chicken breast | 1 unit(s)
  • Milk | 1 l
  • Wheat flour | 12 tablespoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Oil | 1/2 cup
  • Seasoning (I used gaucho, mineiro, green smell) |  to taste
  • Minced garlic | 2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Gem | 1 unit(s)
  • Bread flour | 3 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Cook the breast with a little salt, debone and shred;
  2. Saute with the seasonings, onion, garlic and salt;
  3. After sautéing, add 1/2 liter of milk, the oil, stir well and set aside;
  4. In another bowl, mix the rest of the milk (cold), the wheat flour and stir well;
  5. Mix step 3 and step 4 and stir until it comes away from the pan.
  6. After it comes off the pan, make croquettes (balls or rolls);
  7. Pass the beaten yolk and the Rosca flour;
  8. Fry in very hot oil until golden (this prevents the croquettes from falling apart or breaking)
