Em uma panela de pressão coloque os pedaços de chambaril para selar.

Deixe sair a pressão então nesse momento coloque a cenoura, batatinha, chuchu, repolho cozinhe por mas 5 minutos então acrescente a abóbora e acerte o sal desligue quando todos os legumes estiverem macios.
Salpique coentro picadinho e sirva em seguida.
