- Recipe
- Meat of your choice (I used chuck)500 g
- Cassava250 g
- Onion to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Fry the onion and garlic in oil then add the meat and sauté, add the manioc and cover with water. Season with saffron salt, black pepper and chimichui (or seasonings of your choice) light to pressure cook until it is soft then remove pressure and finish with green smell.
