Cassava kibebe with meat

Frite no óleo a cebola e o alho em seguida adicione a carne e refoque, adicione o mandioca e cubra com agua . Tempere com sal açafrão pimenta do reino e chimichui ( ou temperos da sua preferência) leve para cozinhar na pressão até q esteja mole em seguida tire pressao e finalize com cheiro verde.

Fry the onion and garlic in oil then add the meat and sauté, add the manioc and cover with water. Season with saffron salt, black pepper and chimichui (or seasonings of your choice) light to pressure cook until it is soft then remove pressure and finish with green smell.
