  • Cassava chopped into smaller pieces500 g
  • Turkey neck1 kg
  • Sliced bell pepper1 unit(s)
  • Crushed Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Pepperoni Pepper2 teaspoon
  • Onion slices1 unit(s)
  • kinnor beef broth2 unit(s)
  • Oil2 coffee spoon
  • Water4 cup
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Add the oil to the pan and add the garlic, onion and meat and let it brown a little.
  2. Then add the cassava, the pepperoni, the kinnor broth and the peppers and stir a little
  3. Add the water and let it cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Then, uncover the pan, knead some of the cassava in the pan, using a spoon, and let the broth thicken a little more.
  5. Once that's done, it's ready, finish with green smell
