  • Rice | 2 cup
  • Large Clove Garlic | 1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil |  to taste
  • Parsley |  to taste
  • Chopped red pepper | 1/4 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato | 1 unit(s)
  • Barbecue leftovers (beef, ribs, sausage) | 350 g
  • Tomato Extract | 1/2 unit(s)


  1. Fry the leftover barbecue in a pan with a drizzle of oil and set aside.
  2. Then fry the garlic, onion, pepper and let them brown
  3. Add the meat that was reserved, the chopped tomato, a cup of water and tomato paste and bring to a boil.
  4. Add two cups of rice, three cups of water and salt to taste
  5. Cover the pan and as the water comes to a boil, reduce the heat.
  6. Add a clean spoon to the pan and it comes out clean means it's done.
  7. Finish with a chopped fried egg, parsley to taste and delight this dish with farofa and pepper.
