  • Salt and pepper1 to taste
  • Chives and parsley1 to taste
  • Oil1 to taste
  • paprika1 to taste
  • Saffron1 to taste
  1. Cut the meat into small cubes and place to fry with a little oil, fry well until golden brown.
  2. Add the onion cut into small cubes and the crushed garlic, let it sauté well making a brown background to give color to our rice
  3. Add the chopped tomato, and let it fall apart.
  4. Add the two cups of rice, fry well and season with salt, pepper, turmeric and paprika.
  5. Add 4 cups of hot water and let it cook for 15 min, or until all the water in the rice has dried up! And ready to just enjoy
  6. To accompany, make a salad that goes super well
