- Pork ribs500 g
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Ana Maria Seasoning to taste
- Seasonings of your choice to taste
- Coriander for garnish to taste
- Season the ribs , with the spices , paprika , salt and lemon
- Not a non-stick pan, put the oil and sugar, stir on low heat until the caramel turns (be careful not to burn)
- After the caramel, add the seasoned ribs, cover the pan and keep looking and turning until cooked.
- Once cooked add the onion, let it wither and finally the cilantro to decorate!
