Boneless chicken breast
Light Mozzarella Cheese
Salt and Black Pepper
Cut the boneless chicken breast in half, yielding 2 units (cannot be sassami fillet)
Once cut, season with Lemon pepper, salt, black pepper & lemon.
Make 4 cuts horizontally on the chicken but do not cut all the way through.
Fill these cuts with tomato and cheese and take it to the oven or air fryer for 10 min if you feel the need you can grill the chicken before stuffing it
Finish with fresh basil and serve! As a suggestion you can serve it over a bed of tomato sauce
