Corte o mocotó em pedaços pequenos,e coloque em uma panela de pressão junto com os outros ingredientes 

Cut the mocotó into small pieces, and put it in a pressure cooker along with the other ingredients.

Deixe cozinhar na pressão por 30 minutos 

Let it cook under pressure for 30 minutes.

Espere sair a pressão e abra a panela se já estiver mole ,sirva.

Wait for the pressure to release and open the pan if it is already soft, serve.

Se não tiver mole coloque no fogo novamente.

If it's not soft, put it on the fire again.
