  • Mocotó cleaned and cut into slices1 kg
  • Large Potatoes3 unit(s)
  • Large carrots2 unit(s)
  • Large onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Colorau1 dessert spoon
  • Black pepper1 teaspoon
  • Soybean oil1 tablespoon
  • Water2 l
  1. In a pressure cooker, add the oil, onion, garlic, tomato and dry seasonings. Let it brown.
  2. Add the mocotó, and stir until the ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Add the water, and leave it on high heat, leave it under pressure for 20 minutes.
  4. Open the pan and add the potato and carrot, cut into large cubes.
  5. Leave on pressure for another 10 minutes. Add the chopped green smell. And just serve, while still hot.
