- Breadcrumbs2 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tomato sauce2 unit(s)

- Remove the cabbage stalk cut (small trunk at the base) and place the whole head to blanch. Use water until all the cabbage is covered.
- Once you realize that the leaves are pre-cooked and coming off, remove them with the help of tweezers, for this recipe we will use 6 leaves
- Leave the leaves to cool down while preparing the stuffing: mix the raw ground beef with breadcrumbs, egg and seasonings such as salt, black pepper and whatever else you prefer
- Mix well and reserve
- In a pan sauté garlic, onion and then add the tomato sauce and leave it cooking over low heat.
- Assemble the cabbage cigars: place the stuffing proportional to the size of the sheet, close the sides and then roll the whole sheet over the stuffing like a rocambole
- Repeat this process for the other sheets.
- Take these cigars to cook dipped in the sauce for 0:20 minutes over medium heat, serve very hot
- Consumption suggestion: make brown rice with vegetables to accompany the cabbage cigar
