  • Minced meat300 g
  • Raw rice200 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Green smell to taste
  • Mint to taste
  • Basil to taste
  • Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  1. Boil water in a pan and add the loose cabbage leaves until they become soft - set aside
  2. Mix the raw rice, raw minced meat, herbs and onion and season to taste.
  3. Make rolls of the meat with the cabbage and place them side by side in a pan. Don't put it on top otherwise it will fall apart
  4. Cover with tomato sauce diluted in a little water
  5. Let it cook for approximately 20 to 30 minutes over low heat in a covered pan.
