- Beef fillet (mass preferred)2 kg
- Tomatoes, onions and peppers, chopped500 g
- Crushed garlic3 g
- Salt to taste1 teaspoon
- Colorau1 teaspoon
- Margarine2 coffee spoon
- Green Smell1 ounce (oz)
- Don't forget to add water lol2 cup
- In a pressure cooker, pour all the ingredients (meat and seasonings)
- Bring to the fire and sauté the ingredients leave around 5 min with open pan.
- Then cover the pan and let it cook for 20 minutes.
- As soon as it's ready and just add the green smell.
- Enjoy your food!!!
