  • Soft coxão cut in brochette1/5 kg
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce3 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
  • Garlic20 g
  • Chopped tomato1/5 cup
  • Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell50 g
  • Seasonings to taste
  1. In a frying pan, put a thread of oil and put the meat to brown.
  2. After the meat is browned, add the garlic and let it wither or brown.
  3. Season to taste and add the Worcestershire sauce, paprika, tomato and tomato sauce.
  4. Let it settle for 3 minutes and sprinkle green smell on top.
