- Arborio rice200 g

- Bacon150 g
- Broccoli200 g
- Dry white wine1 cup
- Vegetable broth5 cup
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Butter50 g
- Cook the bacon over low heat until golden.
- Add the onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the rice, leave for about 2 or 3 minutes.
- Add the white wine and when it almost dries, add the broth a ladle at a time, as the broth dries until it reaches the desired point (al dente)
- put the broccoli
- Lower the heat and add the cheese, stirring well.
- Turn off the heat, add the butter and mix very well.
