  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Bacon150 g
  • Broccoli200 g
  • Dry white wine1 cup
  • Vegetable broth5 cup
  • Grated Parmesan100 g
  • Butter50 g
  1. Cook the bacon over low heat until golden.
  2. Add the onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the rice, leave for about 2 or 3 minutes.
  4. Add the white wine and when it almost dries, add the broth a ladle at a time, as the broth dries until it reaches the desired point (al dente)
  5. put the broccoli
  6. Lower the heat and add the cheese, stirring well.
  7. Turn off the heat, add the butter and mix very well.
