- Garlic2 tablespoon
- Sweet olive oil to taste
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs3 cup
- Oil for frying to taste
- Season the steaks with garlic, salt, sazon, cumin and sweet oil
- Let rest for 20 minutes
- Beat the eggs lightly.
- Dip the steaks in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, let it get very hot and fry the steaks.
- Serve with rice or farofa.
