Ingredients

  • Rump steaks | 1 kg
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Sazon sachet | 2 unit(s)
  • Cumin | 1 dessert spoon
  • Garlic | 2 tablespoon
  • Sweet olive oil |  to taste
  • Egg | 3 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs | 3 cup
  • Oil for frying |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Season the steaks with garlic, salt, sazon, cumin and sweet oil
  2. Let rest for 20 minutes
  3. Beat the eggs lightly.
  4. Dip the steaks in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan, let it get very hot and fry the steaks.
  6. Serve with rice or farofa.
