  • 1/2 kg of duck steak, rump or mignon | 1/2 kg
  • 3 beaten eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • breadcrumbs to taste | 0 to taste
  • wheat flour to taste | 0 to taste
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed optional | 3 unit(s)
  • salt to taste | 0 to taste
  • black pepper to taste | 0 to taste


  1. Season the steaks to taste and set aside.
  2. In a deep dish, beat the eggs until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Separate the breadcrumbs and wheat flour into different dishes.
  4. Dip the steaks in flour, then in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
  5. In a skillet, fry the steaks in hot oil until golden.
  6. When removing from the pan, place the steaks on a paper towel so that the excess fat is absorbed.
