- 1/2 kg of duck steak, rump or mignon | 1/2 kg
- 3 beaten eggs | 3 unit(s)
- breadcrumbs to taste | 0 to taste
- wheat flour to taste | 0 to taste
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed optional | 3 unit(s)
- salt to taste | 0 to taste
- black pepper to taste | 0 to taste
Recipe
- Season the steaks to taste and set aside.
- In a deep dish, beat the eggs until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- Separate the breadcrumbs and wheat flour into different dishes.
- Dip the steaks in flour, then in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
- In a skillet, fry the steaks in hot oil until golden.
- When removing from the pan, place the steaks on a paper towel so that the excess fat is absorbed.
