- whole and clean frogs | 4 unit(s)
- salt | 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder or paste | to taste
- Pepper | to taste
- wheat flour | 3 cup
- breadcrumbs | 3 cup
- Water | 500 ml
- Oil | 1 l
- In a large bowl, place the water, garlic, salt and pepper and let the frogs marinate for 15 minutes.
Then pass each frog in the wheat flour and again in the tempered water and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil until golden.
Serve with white rice and leaf salad.
