- Filet Mingon400 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wheat Flour150 g
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Panko flour or whipped corn cereal150 g
- Soybean oil500 ml
- Cut the fillet into four 100g steaks and mash with the palm of your hand to make it softer. Season with salt and pepper.
- Separate the wheat flour, panko flour and eggs into different dishes, beat the eggs, add 50 ml of water, salt and paprika (optional).
- Bread the steaks and heat a pan with oil. When it reaches 200°, add the steak and fry until golden. When you finish frying the first steak, cool the oil, remove the flour residues with a slotted spoon, heat the oil again and fry the next one.
- Repeat the process until all the steaks are fried, let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
