Chicken breast cut into strips500 g
Chimichurri to taste
Salt to taste
Egg2 unit(s)
Wheat flour100 g
Breadcrumbs100 g
Garlic to taste
grated onion to taste
Shoyo to taste
Oil to taste

In a bowl, season the chicken with the garlic, salt, onion, soy sauce and chimichurri and set aside.
On a plate place the eggs. Beat well with a fork and set aside.
In another plate, place the wheat flour.
In another plate, place the breadcrumbs.
Now, take the already seasoned chicken and pass it in the wheat, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
After all the breading, fry in hot and clean oil.
Serve while still hot.
