- Cut the ham into cubes and place in a pan with salt and coloral and a little oil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Cut the onion and peppers and set aside.
- After cooking, remove the lid and add the peppers and onion and cover the pan again. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- After cooking, increase the heat and remove the lid until golden brown.
