  • Salt to taste
  • Color to taste
  • Red Pepper1 unit(s)
  1. Cut the ham into cubes and place in a pan with salt and coloral and a little oil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the onion and peppers and set aside.
  3. After cooking, remove the lid and add the peppers and onion and cover the pan again. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. After cooking, increase the heat and remove the lid until golden brown.
  5. Stir and mix everything and you're done!
