I started by frying the garlic and onion in the pan with a drizzle of oil. I put the ground beef.
Put the seasonings, I used sazon, pepperoni and oregano. And the salt mixed well.
The ground beef will release water so I keep stirring so it stays very loose.
I let it cook well on low heat.
When it starts to fry, I add the chopped parsley, mix and turn off the heat afterwards and just serve.
