Cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Add butter to the pan, onion and garlic. Once golden, add the chicken and stir. Fry the chicken a bit and let the water that the chicken creates, dry to the point of frying again.
Add the spices, tomato and salt.
Stir and add water to cover the chicken, cover and just wait for the water to dry. Stir occasionally and leave on low heat until the tomatoes melt and the water dries up, then turn off and serve.
