  • Milk500 ml
  • Coconut milk1 can(s)
  • Seasoning to taste
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Wheat2 dessert spoon
  • Mozzarella cheese to taste
  1. In a bag, place the thighs, seasonings and coconut milk and take it to the fridge for 2 hours or so to get seasoning.
  2. Then place the thighs on a baking sheet and bake well.
  3. In a pan, place the margarine, the chopped onion, and let it brown, then add the wheat and stir well. Then add the milk.
  4. Keep stirring until you get a thick cream consistency. Turn off the pan.
  5. In a refractory place a layer of the sauce and another of the sobrethighs, cover with the rest of the sauce and finish with the cheese. Bake in a hot oven.
