Boneless and stuffed chicken thigh and drumstick

Season the boneless thighs and drumsticks with lemon juice, black pepper, garlic, rosemary and salt.
Open the thighs and drumsticks keeping the skin and stuff with ham, mozzarella and cheese. Close them, wrap each one with the bacon slices and secure with toothpicks or string.
Place them on a medium roast, covered with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven (180 degrees) for 15 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and leave until golden. serve sliced
