  • 500 g beef chuck 500 g cassava 2 beef stock ground black pepper salt to taste 1 whole onion 4 cloves garlic bay leaf parsley and chives to taste to taste

When you get pressure count 20 minutes and turn off. Add to cassava, if necessary, top up with water and cover. Leave for 25 to 30 minutes, until the cassava is soft. Sprinkle with chives and parsley to taste
