- Cut the chicken and scald with a lemon let it rest for 5 minutes. Cut the onion, tomato, green smell and pepper then wash. Wash the chicken, removing the lemon juice, then add the vegetables and seasonings, then add the oil and put it on a low heat, let it get seasoned for 5 minutes, add water and cover the pan after 15 minutes it's ready.
