  • Black pepper, paprika, cumin and salt to taste
  • Green Smell to taste

  • Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  1. In a pressure cooker with olive oil, place the crushed garlic and chopped onion and fry a little, then add the ribs and cook for two minutes.
  2. After sealing the meat, add the black pepper, the tomato, the green pepper, the pepper and cumin, paprika and salt to taste, stir a little, add water and put the meat to cook under pressure.
  3. Cook the ribs for approximately 40 minutes after it has reached pressure, when the meat is good, open the pan and remove the bones.
  4. After removing the bones, add the manioc cut into cubes and put it to cook again for about 15 minutes, turn off the heat and see if it's already at the point you like.
  5. After this time has passed, open the pot and your swamped cow is ready.
