  • Sliced Potatoes500 g
  • Sliced Carrots300 g
  • Tomato01 unit(s)
  • Onion01 unit(s)
  • Pepper01 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green smell and chimichurri to taste
  • Smoked paprika01 tablespoon
  1. Cut the beef chuck into cubes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In the pressure cooker, put a thread of oil or olive oil and sauté well until the meat is golden.
  3. Put the tomato, onion, peppers, water until close to covering and other seasonings and leave it under pressure for 40 minutes on medium heat.
  4. When you remove the pressure from the pan, put the carrots and potatoes for 10 minutes and finish the recipe with green smell to taste.
  5. Serve with fluffy rice and farofa, which will be delicious! Enjoy your food!
