- Seasonings to taste
- First, cook the cassava with salt.
- In a pan add a drizzle of oil and the meat to fry.
- After frying, add the onion and chopped garlic. Season to taste.
- Let the meat cook for as long as possible to get to the point of almost falling apart.
- When the meat is ready, add the Aipim, mix and serve.
