Beef stroganoff

Em uma panela coloque o óleo para frita o alho ate dourar. Depois acrescenter a carne picada e deixer refogar ate dourar.
Acrescente o creme de leite, o sal, o colorau e o ketchup mexar e deixer ferver , sempre misturando até cozinhar.
Sirvar com arroz e batata palha.

In a pan put the oil to fry the garlic until golden. Then add the minced meat and let it cook until golden.
Add the cream, salt, paprika and ketchup, stir and bring to a boil, always mixing until cooked.
Serve with rice and potato sticks.
