Ingredients

  • Meat Palette or your preference | 1/2 kg
  • Sour cream | 1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic |  to taste
  • Colorau |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Ketchup | 1 teaspoon
  • Oil | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  2. In a pan put the oil to fry the garlic until golden. Then add the minced meat and let it cook until golden. Add the cream, salt, paprika and ketchup, stir and bring to a boil, always mixing until cooked. Serve with rice and potato sticks.
