  • Beef cut into strips500 g
  • Fresh halved mushrooms8 unit(s)
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Tomato sauce1/2 cup
  • Chopped Onion1/4 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Dijon mustard1 dessert spoon
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Hot water1/3 cup
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Butter1 dessert spoon
  1. Heat the oil in a very hot pan, grill the meat little by little and season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
  2. In the same pan add the butter and brown the onion and garlic.
  3. Add the tomato sauce, water and mustard and mix. Cook for about 7 minutes.
  4. Return the meat to the pan and add the mushrooms. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Adjust the salt and add the cream of milk and mix. When it starts to boil, turn it off and serve immediately.
