  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Can of tomato sauce1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Ketchup1 tablespoon
  • Mustard1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Onion cream1 unit(s)
  • White wine1 to taste
  1. Cut the meat into cubes, season with salt and set aside.
  2. Sauté the chopped onion in oil and add the meat until cooked, add the tomato sauce, ketchup and mustard, lower the heat and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Dissolve the onion cream in the dry white wine (as needed) and add to the meat sauce, stirring constantly.
  4. When the sauce has thickened, turn off the heat, add the mushrooms and the cream.
  5. Serve with white rice and potatoes chips.
