- margarine4 tablespoon
- chopped onion1 unit(s)
- beef bouillon cube1 unit(s)
- mustard1 tablespoon
- ketchup6 tablespoon
- sour cream2 can(s)
- In a bowl, season the meat with garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mixed seasoning and oil.
- In a pan put the margarine, the onion and take it to the fire to sugar.
- Cook for 20 minutes, add the beef broth, stir well. Cook for another 15 minutes
- Add the mustard and mix well. Add the ketchup, stirring constantly.
- Finally add the cream and boil for 5 minutes. Serve immediately
