Ingredients

  • Meat | 500 g
  • Cumin | 1 teaspoon
  • Onion | 2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream | 1 cup
  • Ketchup | 1/2 cup
  • Tomato Extract | 1 cup
  • Oil | 1/2 cup
  • Salt | 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper | 1 teaspoon

Recipe

  1. First, cut the meat into strips and add pepper, cumin and salt. Then prepare a frying pan.
  2. In the skillet, add enough oil to fry the meat, enough to create a small crust, but don't overcook it. After that, reserve the meat.
  3. Now, in a pan, add oil and put the onions to fry. Let it brown a little and then add the cream, ketchup, onion, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Let the ingredients cook and stir until completely mixed. In 5 to 10 minutes the sauce will be ready.
  4. Now put the sauce on top of the meat made and the recipe will be ready to eat.
