- Filet mignon in cubes500 g
- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- Sliced champignons1 can(s)
- Ketchup4 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
- Cognac50 ml
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Heat the oil and fry the onion until wilted.
- Fry the meat cubes, sealing well.
- Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.
- Pour in the brandy and let it flambé until it goes out.
- Add the Heavy cream, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
- When boiling, add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with white rice (recipe already published) and straw potatoes or French fries.
