  • Filet mignon in cubes500 g
  • Heavy cream1 can(s)
  • Sliced ​​champignons1 can(s)
  • Ketchup4 tablespoon
  • Mustard1 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
  • Cognac50 ml
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped garlic cloves3 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Heat the oil and fry the onion until wilted.
  2. Fry the meat cubes, sealing well.
  3. Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the brandy and let it flambé until it goes out.
  5. Add the Heavy cream, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  6. When boiling, add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve with white rice (recipe already published) and straw potatoes or French fries.
