  • Recipe
  • meat (filet mignon, inside tea or rump)400 g
  • Pepper. to taste
  • Cumin. to taste
  • Salt. to taste
  • grated onion1/2 to taste
  • and a half of sour cream1 can(s)
  • from ketchup3 tablespoon
  • tomato paste3 tablespoon
  • mustard1 tablespoon
  • Oil for frying.. to taste
  1. 📍 MEAT: Cut the selected meat into strips, season with pepper, cumin and salt (I put 1 or 2 pinches of each at most).
  2. Let the meat rest for 20 minutes to refine the taste.
  3. Add enough oil to fry and heat the oil well.
  4. Start frying with the meat
  5. Don't let it fry too much so that the meat doesn't get hard, it gets golden.
  6. 📍 SAUCE: Put the onion and saute
  7. Fry for 3 minutes and throw the cream, ketchup, tomato paste and mustard into the pan.
  8. Let it boil a little, always mixing.
  9. Serve with white rice and potatoes chips.
