Duckling steak (or other one of your choice)1 unit(s)
Oil1 tablespoon
Crushed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
BBQ Sauce3 tablespoon
Water to taste

Season the steak like garlic
In a pan add the oil and the steak and let it sauté.
When it starts to fry, turn it from one side to the other.
Dripping water so that it is fried but soft
Once this is done, add the onion and let it brown a little.
Done that, add the barbecue sauce and another spoon of water and let it thicken, so it's ready.
