Ingredients

• Beef steak of your choice | 500 g
• Oil | 1 tablespoon
• Crushed Garlic Clove | 2 unit(s)
• Salt |  to taste
• BBQ Sauce |  to taste
• Onion, chopped | 1 unit(s)

Recipe

1. Season the steak with the garlic and salt.
2. Put it in the pan with the oil and let it brown on both sides.
3. After browning the steak, add the onion and let it brown too.
4. Once ready, add the barbecue sauce and let it thicken a little until the sauce is creamy.
