Ground beef500 g
Onion to taste
Garlic to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Green Smell to taste
Egg1 unit(s)
Wheat flour3 tablespoon
Sliced Bacon to taste
Mozzarella200 g
Tomato to taste
Oregano to taste

Start by seasoning the ground beef with the spices, egg and flour in a bowl.
Place the meat in plastic or cling film, cover with plastic and roll out (bottle or with your hands) until it forms a very thin layer.
Stuff with cheese, very thin slices of tomato, onion and oregano and roll up.
Transfer to a roasting pan (no need to grease) and cover with bacon and bake at 200 degrees without aluminum foil for about 35/40 minutes.
