  • Beef rib | 1 kg
  • Large onion | 3 unit(s)
  • Cumin | 1 teaspoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Medium Garlic Clove | 9 unit(s)
  • Rosemary | 2 tablespoon
  • Water | 200 g
  • medium potato | 5 unit(s)
  • Chuchu | 1 unit(s)
  • Carrot | 1 unit(s)
  • Cabbage | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Granulated or powdered onion (optional) | 1 tablespoon


  1. Treat the rib;
  2. Season with cumin and salt;
  3. Line the bottom of the pan with the onion;
  4. Place the rib on top of the onion; Add the garlic cloves, rosemary and 100g of water;
  5. Put on pressure until it is ready (slightly releasing the bone from the meat);
  6. Separate the rib and leave the broth in the pan;
  7. Tip: if your pot is small like mine, make the meat first and in its broth we will make the vegetables!
  8. Add the vegetables to the granulated or powdered onion broth, add the vegetables and 100g water;
  9. Put on pressure until cooked.
