  1. Put the meat in a bowl and add the ingredients until it comes together Knead well with your hands
  2. The bread and the egg are important for the stability of the hamburger.
  3. Make the hamburger shape
  4. Once ready, let it rest for about 15 minutes in the freezer.
  5. Then put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. No need to add oil because the rib releases the fat.
