  • Breadcrumbs2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Soybean oil1 l
  1. Season the steaks with salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste). In a bowl, beat the eggs until you get a homogeneous mixture. Place the breadcrumbs on one plate and the wheat flour on another plate. Dip the steaks first in the flour, then in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs. In a skillet, fry the steaks in hot oil (approximately 180 degrees) until golden brown. After the steaks are fried, place them on a paper towel so that the excess fat is absorbed.
  2. Tip: Fry one steak at a time to stay dry and not loosen the crust from the breading. Serve with sauces, mashed potatoes or a salad.
