  • Beef liver steak1/2 kg
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Small onion1 unit(s)
  • Small green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Sliced leek2 tablespoon
  • Mustard2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil for frying to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, garlic and lemon.
  2. In a pan, start by frying the steaks in the oil.
  3. When they are golden, add the onion, pepper and leek coarsely chopped.
  4. Cover and let it simmer for about 3 minutes.
  5. Finish with mustard, mix well and sprinkle with green smell.
