- Put a thread of oil in the pressure cooker, then the meat and let it brown.
- Add the onion and garlic and let it brown until it forms a crust on the bottom of the pan.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except the potato, cover with water and adjust the salt. After raising pressure to cook for 50 minutes, let the pressure release add the chopped potatoes and let it cook for another 10 minutes after raising pressure. Finish with chives and parsley if desired.
