- Cooked Butter Beans1/2 cup
- Yellow bell pepper, chopped into small cubes1 tablespoon
- Red bell pepper, chopped into small cubes1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Ground beef3/4 cup
- Chopped Chives1 dessert spoon
- Tomato sauce1/2 cup
- grated carrot2 tablespoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Spicy paprika1 coffee spoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- In a pan heat the oil and brown the garlic and onion.
- Add the peppers and sauté.
- Add the paprika and mix.
- Add the meat, season with salt and stir to break up the lumps.
- When the meat is cooked, add the carrots and sauce, mix.
- Cook for another 3 minutes, add the beans and adjust the salt.
- Cook for 5 minutes and finish with the chives.
