- Beef (I used tenderloin)500 g
- Oil or olive oil2 tablespoon
- Garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Sliced Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Soy Sauce3 tablespoon
- Green smell to taste
- Black pepper (optional) to taste
- Cut the meat into thin slices and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large pot or skillet, heat oil. When it is very hot, place the meat (do not place a large amount, one on top of the other, to avoid releasing water and the meat becoming tough). Don't stir, let it give that good seal (slightly burnt at the bottom of the pan) this guarantees a lot of flavor and tenderness for your meat.
- Do this in 2 or 3x if necessary, depending on the size of your pan. It removes and reserves the already sealed one and puts more meat to brown.
- Return all the meat to the pan, add garlic, onion, soy sauce and stir until golden brown. Finish with green smell and ready!!
